When I first arrived I was feeling a little shaky about the whole thing but you welcomed me and my friend with open arms and a great first impression. For the short duration of our stay I would never have thought that so much could have been done. I was definitely wrong, and very glad that it turned out to be so incredibly productive. Although exhausting, I could not have asked for anything more. I can't thank you enough for pushing me, even through the glass sand cutting through my knees, to finish the best pictures that I have taken thus far in my career. I would also like to thank you for setting up time with the three other photographers that were there. They were a joy to work with and very talented as well. I would recommend many models to work with you because of your professionalism and your ability to work well with models. You are easy going and make models feel comfortable. Harvey G. has also sent me an email, saying that he would be interested in working with me. I have seen their websites, They are really doing what is called good photography. Israel met me at the Fort Lauderdale airport, Florida, then we went to Harvey’s house. I have been staying there for six days. Both, Israel and Harvey have a professional approach to a model, and barely have time for anything else but work. I truly believe that they have done and will do the best to help any model that will have an opportunity to come and work with them. 		E mail received Dec. 5th Dear Harvey, I just wanted to send you this letter to say thank you for the wonderful experience of helping me complete my portfolio. When I first got your email through One Model Place I have to admit I was a little skeptical, because of how often I would get random responses of guys wanting to shoot me, or help me “start my portfolio.” I would take one look at their work and realize that these were not the kind of photos that would get me work. When I went to your site however, I was completely impressed with the quality of the images I saw. I knew this was the kind of work I wanted in my book. I have seen all these agents who get a kick back from the referral send many of my friends to photographer after photographer. Then after spending hundreds of dollars on several different photographers they only have about two or three good images or outfits for their book. I am ever so happy I made the decision to go out and shoot my portfolio with you. I now have a complete book that is already opening so many doors for me with the agencies in Los Angeles. I not only feel like I met a great photographer, but also a great friend. When I first got to Miami I got sick, and you were so patient with me in taking your time, and waiting for me to feel my best. So many photographers would have just rushed through the shoot to get it over with to get their money and move the next girl through. You were so great with me. I have also experienced in the past some uncomfortably during shoots, being that I am new to the industry. I never felt that way with you. I was completely at ease through out our entire time together. To top it off I am also so grateful for the way you immediately started to promote me while I was in Florida. Getting those paid shoots, balanced the expense of shooting my portfolio. That is something I have never seen happen before. It ended up working out as though I got a free portfolio, with amazing images in such a variety of styles. I am so happy I made the decision to go to Miami. I first encountered Harvey and Israel a few months ago and was afforded the opportunity to work with them. Both are extremely professional and uphold the highest ethical standards. In addition, they are fun and very relaxed. Harvey and Israel go out of their way to create high quality, superior photographs. They are artists in the true sense of the word! I am pleased to say that I started receiving job offers as soon as my portfolio went up on ModelsModeling. I have already worked some great modeling assignments. 		E-Mail received August 25 I have always wanted to get into modeling, it was always a dream since I was really little. I never pushed for it because there was always something else that had to be done, like work. You have to pay the bills you know. My mom helped me pay a small fortune to a photographer in Atlanta so that I could get a little portfolio done. I posted them online and got lots of offers, but most of them wanted lots of money to get started or pushed for nudity. Most of them wouldn't even sent referrals. One email stood out from all the others and that was Harvey Goldberg from Models Modeling. He was genuine and honest. He sent me samples of the work he recently done at the time and references of the girls that he recently worked with. I was really impressed, I didn't have to ask for them, he sent them on his own. I talked to him on the phone a couple of times and arranged to fly down, my mom even tagged along because she was also worried about a trip to work with a stranger. Everything went wonderfully! Harvey was a professional and a gentleman. We took tons of photos and got amazing results . He then told me about his friend, Israel Colon, coming down for a few weeks and that I should try and come back so that I could also work with him. About 3 weeks later I was back on the plane to Florida again. I worked with Izzy for 2 days and that was another wonderful experience with more great photos. Both Harvey and Izzy were very honest with everything and were really fun to be around. I recommend to anyone out there who wants to get into the modeling business to give them a try. They will get you out there and get you noticed with their photographs. They will give you the confidence to get out there and try even harder. I love you guys! - Beth
		E-Mail received May 22 My working experience as a model and working with Harvey Goldberg and Israel Colon As a model, I had the the opportunity and pleasure to work with photographer and founder Harvey Goldberg from www.modelsmodeling.com and photographer Israel Colon from New York. I flew into Miami from Los Angeles last week to get take advantage of these two professionals who contacted me via e-mail. I had spoken to Harvey several times by telephone prior to our first meeting and sensed a genuine, trustworthy and professional business person. Harvey Goldberg discovered me on the internet through my website www.carmefitbody.com which is currently under construction. I was delighted to shoot with both of them as they both had different styles of photography. I was amazed at Israel's style who really targeted a more fashion editorial and "Maxim" look. And I sure loved the way Harvey focused on a more 'sexy' but 'sporty' look and took it to another level by adding a touch of class and elegance to my swimsuit photo images. They both shot in very unique angles bringing out the best in a model. The first thing they promised me before I stepped foot into Miami was to "mess up my hair" and they were right! That alone changed my look completely. I had been shooting with many photographers and it seemed that my look always remained the same. I needed something different in my portfolio. A fresh look with a youthful hairstyle. Let's just say that a brush or comb is prohibited when shooting with these two photographers. And I cannot be more happy with the results. I love my photos! To say the least, this shoot was only the beginning. We worked about 14 hours a day at beautiful locations and nearly perfect weather conditions. I truly love Miami, especially since I grew up there and there are tons of place to shoot. And I couldn't have asked for more than to shoot with two very talented and professional photographers. I got the attention I needed without feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera. My only regret is not staying longer! I plan to shoot again with Harvery and Israel in Miami sometime in late July to target 'lifestyle' and 'fitness/swimsuit' looks including 'fashion' print and 'commercial' photography. I'm sure we can come up with more creative images also. I highly recommend any model to hire Harvey Goldberg and Israel Colon for their future portfolio needs. They will treat you with respect and you will go home feeling very pleased with the quality of the images and the way they treat you as a model. by Carmen
		E-Mail received April 23, 2001 HI HARVEY! It's been a while hasn't it :-). But I have some great news and some surprises, over here in Chicago... First off, I've been getting work over here in Chicago. I had just signed with Baker & Rowley Talent Agency in Chicago, and they already got me working on some promotions--NCAA, Super Kmart, Kraft Foots, and Pepsid Complete. I'm currently working consistently now :-)!! I've also been chosen as a Regional finalist for Models Only Cosmetics Spokesmodel Search in Orlando Florida, in August 3-5! If I win the spot for 'male spokesmodel', the client will offer me a 3 yr. contract worth five figures, a luxury apartment in Orlando, international exposure and travel--and as their spokesmodel I'd be required to appear on TV, and at special events and store openings--I would have to do printwork as well for the new brand of cosmetics and apparel. I've also been invited to a national modeling conference/party in Pittsburgh, and in October there's a chance I'll be doing runway in New York! Chances are I'm going to be PRETTY busy this year, hopefully this summer even. If it wasn't for your faith in me, in creating my site... I'm really not sure how I'd go far, as far as I've gone. 		Email received March 25 Now for kudos to you and Modelsmodeling.com! I designed my own website and about 10 others on a fee basis, and I must say that your new website design is WONDERFUL. Your special attention to being able to navigate from any page to any page is one of the most overlooked features of all website design. You may note that I have the same navigability in my website. The layout is clean and businesslike, and your content is EXCELLENT, particularly your insider's tips for models. There are no logical errors anywhere that I can detect so far, and how often do I say that? Also, you are one of the few independent model's websites that actually LIMITS PARTICIPATION TO REAL MODELS! I'm very impressed with the level of talent and work that I see--it's as good as in some of the major NYC and LA agencies! I'm a very critical photographer, and it's rare that I can say this (when I'm disappointed, I usually say nothing unless it's something I hired someone for). Megasoid Studios

		November 11, 2000 Harvey, Just wanted to thank you again for your hospitality and for going above and beyond the call of model management "duty". I truly enjoyed my stay in Ft. Lauderdale and am still amazed at how the timing was so perfect. The opportunity that you created for myself and for the other models to work with several professional photographers in just a few days was incredible. Had it not been for that experience I wouldn't have the photos that are now on my comp card. Nor would I have been selected as a World Finalist in the American Dream Calendar Girl Search - and be headed to the Bahamas for a week!
